When will I receive my order?
90% of our orders are packed and sent out by the next working day. Our order packing days are Mondays to Fridays 10am to 4pm. We do not pack or send out orders on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays.

Shipping Methods & Prices

Self-Collection @ 14 New Industrial Road #05-01A Mon to Fri 10am to 4pm (Nearest MRT: Bartley)
- Free For All Orders!

Your order will be ready for collection once you receive an email (shipping update) or SMS from us. Kindly check updated opening hours at our Facebook page before heading down to collect. Our Facebook Page is www.fb.com/TLO.com.sg.

Normal Mail by SingPost
- $1.50 for orders less than $15
- Free for orders $15 and above

Normal Mail by SingPost has NO TRACKING. Once the package is dropped off at the post office, thelittleonesinmylife has no control over delivery timing and duration.  You can expect the package to reach you in 2 to 15 working days. Should you not receive your package after 3 weeks, kindly check with the post office in charge of your area if they have it with them. We have return address on all our packages and will inform customers directly if we receive any returned packages.

Registered Mail & SmartPac by SingPost
- $4.50 for orders less than $15
- $3 for orders $15 and above

Tracking will be sent to you via our shipping update once we have it available. Once the package is dropped off at the post office, thelittleonesinmylife has no control over delivery timing and duration. You can expect the package to reach you in 2 to 5 working days. Should you not receive your package after 1 week, kindly check with the post office in charge of your area if they have it with them. We have return address on all our packages and will inform customers directly if we receive any returned packages.
For SmartPac, the postman may leave it in your letterbox if no one is home to receive it. Tracking for SmartPac usually takes longer to appear on www.SingPost.com too, please try again if nothing shows up.

Standard Courier - Courier by In House Drivers (2 to 5 working days)
- $8 for orders less than $100
- Free for orders $100 and above

Our drivers are dedicated to delivery as soon as possible. We do not have tracking for this but our drivers will contact you before delivery. You can inform them of your preferred delivery day/time when they contact you.
It helps us a lot if you are able to state preferred delivery day/time in your comments when you check out. This will ensure a faster arrangement for delivery. Example: Weekdays after 5pm and Weekends anytime.
95% of our orders are packed the next working day & sent via courier on the same day or next day of packing. 5% of our orders may be delayed due to various reasons (item out of stock, pending customer confirmation for replacement/refund, item at another warehouse, etc). We aim to send out your order as soon as possible.

Standard Courier - Courier by 3rd Party Courier (1 to 3 working days)
- $8 for orders less than $100
- Free for orders $100 and above

We use various 3rd Party Courier services to ease our drivers' workload and allow packages to be sent quickly even when we are overwhelmed with orders. This ensures that you will receive your order as soon as possible.
Delivery by these service providers are beyond our control but we do have positive experiences with Qourier (able to indicate specific date/time with 3h window for delivery) and will try to use their services before other service providers.

Urgent Courier (within 24 hours with confirmation via phone call before placing order)
- $15 for all orders

Our aim is to send your order to you as soon as possible. We usually do not pack orders on Saturdays and Sundays, but we will try our best to head back to office to pack your order if you opt for urgent courier. Please CALL US at 81832426 before placing your order. We will give you a confirmation on delivery day/time if urgent delivery is possible.
We may use our in house drivers or another courier service provider, depending on which method provides for a faster delivery to you.

 Please note that there may be some slight price difference (showroom & online price) in certain products as we may have online promotions from time to time which are not available in the showroom.

Refunds & Exchange
Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no-refund, no-returns policy as we do not sell returned products. No one likes to be sent a returned product when they paid for a brand new product. Our policy is in place to protect our customers.

Should there be a mistake in the order, we will absorb the shipping & ensure an exchange for the customer is done. Please take clear photos of what you received, a screenshot of your order confirmation email and email to orders@tlo.com.sg.
